To ensure such impartiality, competent Scheme Managers make certification decisions after inspections, and audits by different audit teams. We don’t perform the certification process when certain relationships create unacceptable threats to impartiality. For audit, training and implementation purposes, the B Advancy team, approved by affiliated accredited bodies, conducts inspections that issue the certificate.

We recognize that threats to impartiality could arise from self-interest, self-review, familiarity/trust, and intimidation factors. To mitigate such threats, B Advancy Certifications has an Impartiality Committee that monitors this process, confirms impartiality, and rectifies any threats.
